Every time I make an appointment I get my favorite gals. They all are friendly and happy to see me which makes me feel special. In fact, my hairdresser personally called me from her home on the first snow fall this month to let me know the salon was closing early that day, and asked me to call the salon to reschedule my appointment. I like how my hairdresser calls me directly whether it is weather related or to check back when I leave a message for her at the front desk, it has a personal touch to it. Customer service is always pleasant over the phone and in person. They have a great check in and out system and the personnel always smile. I have been going there to have my nails, hair and facials done for over 10 years and most of the employees at this establishments have been there for years, which shows great loyalty and unity for business.

This place was amazing. From the outside, I wasnt sure if I would like it being placed in a shopping center, however, once inside, it was a beautiful oasis. The employees did a great job and the manager was awesome and has wonderful customer service skills. This is a beautiful place that I will visit often. It is worth every dime I paid. My opinion doesn't do this place any justice. You must go in and see for yourself. You will not regret it!
